“Great home - great restaurants and coffee nearby and easy to get everywhere. It is super spacious, clean, stocked with plenty of towels and complimentary dish, laundry and shower soap/conditioner/body wash. The back yard was really lovely - we used it a LOT. Tons of room to spread out and really nice design down to every last detail. Try the yummy coconut ice cream and bakery right across the street - delish! We can’t wait to come back again!"

“This house was nothing short of amazing - everything brand new, incredibly clean, spacious - exactly what our group was hoping for! So nice to have a back yard/pool with some trees and seating outside. Fantastic kitchen and generally just awesome Air BnB. We hope to be back in the future!”

“We enjoyed our stay. It's location is great: a few streets south and you're at the park and at the water, and a few streets north and you're in an area with great restaurants and bars. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The only thing I'd suggest would be that it's listed as a three-bedroom place, and it's really a two-bedroom place, with a bunk bed off of the master (and a curtain divider). This would be ideal for kids or close family, but less ideal if you were planning to stay there with two other couples. Overall, I recommend staying there!”

"My friends and I made a large group which filled up both the front home and the back home. We stayed there for three nights but could have easily stayed for much longer. The properties are clean, modern, stylish and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and we found everything we needed when travelling with two small children as well. The location is excellent as you’re in a quiet leafy part of Austin which is only a short distance from some of the great bars and culture the city had to offer. We also loved the ice cream/coffee place just across the street. The pool was perfect for cooling off from that Texas heat and we’d definitely stay here again."

"Everyone in our group loved this house. Having both houses made it so we could separate the guys and girls for a joint Bach “weekend” we loved being able to utilize both houses based on our needs. Host were excellent at responding and meeting our expectations of our experience. We barely wanted to leave the house we enjoyed it so much. We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to book another trip there".
