Step outside to the crown jewel of our home: a vast turfed oasis beneath a canopy of majestic trees. String lights twinkle as you challenge friends to a game of cornhole or relax on our plush outdoor furniture. Enjoy our custom private pool, and feel free to bring your favorite floaties. For an even larger outdoor space, open the gated fence to create a sprawling turf backyard—perfect for any occasion. We also have a large grill and grilling utensils for backyard barbecues!

Our front house is a three-story marvel, boasting 2,002 sq. ft. and comfortably sleeping 10 guests. Inside, be greeted by vibrant colors and modern design. The open living space features a large smart TV for work-from-home sessions or movie nights, along with a sleeper sofa and extra linens. The expansive kitchen includes a stunning island and dining area overlooking the pool, perfect for culinary adventures. The luxurious bedrooms, spread across the second and third floors, are equipped with premium linens and spa-like bathrooms. Laundry facilities and parking are also provided for your convenience.

Just a few steps away is our back house, a 972 sq. ft. retreat that sleeps 6 guests. With the same stylish design as the front house, it offers a cozy living area, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor space for endless fun. On the second floor, you'll find plush bedrooms—a king suite with a vibrant patio and a peaceful queen sanctuary. These, along with luxurious bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and generous parking, make it the perfect retreat.

For added security and peace of mind, we have exterior security cameras at all entrances. We respect your privacy—there are no cameras inside.

House Rules:
1. No smoking allowed (of any kind) - $350 fine
2. No loud noises after 10 PM (city ordinance)
3. No events or parties
4. No pets allowed
5. Cleaning fees cover pre-arrival cleaning. If you do not pick up after yourself, additional fees may apply.
6. Minimum age requirement is 25
7. Late check-out (after 11 AM) will incur an additional night’s charge
8. Review the House Manual sent before your stay
