Our open-plan living room is the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring, offering comfortable seating and a large smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with top-tier appliances and a spacious dining area, is ideal for preparing meals, with views overlooking the pool. Outdoors, string lights, lush trees, and seating areas invite you to relax, while a large grill makes it easy to host backyard barbecues.

Upstairs, find three beautifully designed bedrooms on the second floor, including a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, two queen rooms, and an additional bathroom. The third floor offers another king bedroom with a loft bed, a stunning bathroom, and private balcony access for those serene moments of relaxation. Luxurious linens and in-unit laundry are provided for your comfort and convenience.

While we love our furry companions, Hotel Holly remains a pet-free zone to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment. We provide parking with a dedicated spot, and additional street parking is available.

At Hotel Holly, we don't charge a security deposit. Instead, we include a one-time, non-refundable fee in your booking that covers accidental damages up to $1,500, making your stay stress-free.

We have security cameras outside the property entrances for added security and peace of mind but ensure complete privacy inside.

House Rules:

1. No smoking (fine of $350)
2. No loud noises after 10 PM

4. No pets allowed
5. The cleaning fee covers a pre-stay cleaning, additional fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required after checkout
6. Minimum age requirement: 25
7. Late checkout after 11 AM will incur an additional night’s charge
