Here, our lavish king bedroom extends its arms, complete with a vanity, bunk beds, and access to a whimsical patio that whispers tales of Austin under the stars. Our queen bedroom, equally enchanting, is a dreamy cocoon for restful nights. As you'd expect, our linens, reminiscent of the world's finest hotels, ensure you sleep wrapped in luxury. The bathrooms? Well, they're pure artistry, marrying utility with sheer aesthetic pleasure.

We don’t charge a security deposit! While many hosts require over $500, risking guests not getting their deposit back, Hotel Holly remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (included in your booking price) that provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book and protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions are available upon request after booking.

Located in East Austin, this vibrant and eclectic neighborhood is known for its artistic flair and cultural diversity. A hub for creativity, the area boasts art galleries, music venues, and trendy eateries that showcase Austin's unique character. Nearby parks and biking trails add to the lively urban vibe. Close to downtown, East Austin is perfect for both work and play, with food truck parks and boutiques catering to diverse tastes and interests, reflecting the dynamic spirit of the city.

Scooters (Lime & Bird), as well as Lyft and Uber, are the best ways to get around Austin, especially when you're this close to everything. Public transportation options are also available in this area (see CapMetro's website).

We have security cameras outside the property at the entrances for added security and peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

House Rules:  

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)  

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance  

3) No events or parties  

4) No pets allowed  

5) The cleaning fee you pay is for the home before your stay. If you don’t pick up after yourself sufficiently when checking out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee based on how long cleanup takes. We don’t expect you to scrub the home, but please pick up trash and return items to their original place.  

6) Minimum age requirement is 25  

7) If you don’t check out on time (11 AM), you will be charged for an additional night
