We had a work retreat here and our team LOVED it!! we enjoyed eating meals together in the kitchen, had team meetings in the spacious living room (and a few from the pool) haha and enjoyed the evenings in the spacious backyard enjoying each others company. The hosts were super responsive to any questions and proactively reached out to check in. There was an AC unit on each level which was also super great to make sure everyone was comfortable at night at different temps. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to host a larger group!

This Airbnb was beautiful!! Absolutely loved the backyard. It was so convenient that there was a gas station across the street for water bottle or snack runs. The neighborhood has a mix of gentrification and older homes. We felt safe the entire time. Uber rides were so cheap to 6th street and Rainey! Definitely recommend!

Just finished up an amazing stay here with our group of 12, very happy with everything. The whole property was awesome. Backyard had everything we needed, pool kept us cool. House itself was well kept, clean, and very spacious. Location was great. Coffee shop and convenience right across the street, close to Rainey and to East 6th. Communication was proactive, thorough, and the whole process was seamless and professional. For large groups, this is the perfect spot for your Austin stay, I'd stay here again without a doubt and highly recommend this spot for a great stay.

Great House. Great Hosts. Our group of 14 for a bachelor trip couldn't have been more thrilled with the setup that this Air BnB offers. The split houses were perfect for those who wanted to call it an early night and those who wanted to keep things rolling. The pool/lounge area in between the two units is perfect for any group to enjoy the Texas heat with plenty of natural shade. We had a hibachi chef come cook for the group one night and it was the perfect setup for the meal. During our stay, we encountered a plumbing issue that arose after the previous guests left. The owners were extremely cooperative and prompt in doing all they could to resolve the issue while we were there. Afterward, they issued a partial refund which was extremely professional. A must stay for all larger groups in the Austin area and very close to all the action.

Wow, what an amazing experience at the most beautiful property. Surrounded by trees and birds, we had the best time ever at this place. Thank you Ames for being the best host ever, we could not recommend this accomodation anymore if we tried. Also, amazing taco truck 50 metres up the road...

Our extended family of 16 (3 generations), stayed in Austin Vacay's 2 home property for Thanksgiving week, and it exceeded expectations. The homes are spacious; well appointed and designed; incredibly clean; and comfortable. The shared yard is so fun, picturesque, private, safe and spacious. Had lots of turf for kids to play sports, a great pool, cool lounge furniture and pecan trees (yum). The main house is so cool, with a massive kitchen and everything you need plus cool wallpaper and art and plenty of windows and light throughout. Same for back house, though on a smaller scale. Owner was very responsive in terms of helping us with entry codes, pool cleaning, a quick sink issue (that was our mistake!), etc. Bonus is right across the street there is a coffee/bakery/ice cream shop and also a convenience store. Plenty of parking options. House felt so central in terms of road easily to downtown or highway. Would have loved extra blankets and softer toilet paper, but such is airbnb life.

The place was fantastic for a large group with plenty of open space to hang out on top of the outdoor area. Walking distance (15min) to the main go out places. Place is renovated.

It was a wonderful home. My team of five people had a great business retreat at the Airbnb. The house was perfect. Even though Austin was cold and rainy when we were there -- the house was very comfortable and cozy.

We stayed here as a team for an work offsite gathering and it was fantastic! Ample space for 7 people and everything was exactly as listed 🙂 We found lots of great places to explore that were close by and felt safe the entire time.

Great location and perfect for a large group! Everything is as pictured. Pool was an excellent addition. 15 minute walk to Rainey or 6th street. Shout out to the Bread Basket which is a convenient store across the street with an awesome taco food truck! Would stay here again.

Great stay in Austin! The property was easy to find and had plenty of parking, which made things super convenient. Inside, the space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was fantastic—walkable to many great spots in Austin. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay here in Austin! It was a great house for the bachelorette party! There was plenty of space for all - bathrooms included. We loved enjoying the backyard space and the pool. The house is centrally located so it was easy to get around too. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was great (so close to everything and easy to get to from the airport!) and the house was amazing! The backyard was definitely a highlight and we loved the pool. The house was stunning and absolutely perfect for our group, we'd go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay in Austin! We rented both homes for a group of 10 and had plenty of space. The pool area was great for relaxing during the day. Convenient location with a great taco truck across the street for breakfast. We were able to walk to Rainey Street within ten minutes and uber to the rodeo and a boat cruise without issue. Very clean space. Great to have multiple bathrooms for such a big group as well. The hosts were very responsive for any needs & even allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in. Would definitely recommend.
